Understand that we do our best to create an environment that supports our gatherings.

It may be to your advantage to wear layered clothing as temperatures vary (as do opinions about the temperature).

Upon registering you will receive a confirmation letter or email with details for the event.

If class is cancelled a full refund will be issued.

If class is full, registration will be refunded.

Pre-Registration is non refundable & non transferable.

Special considerations may be taken, we determine each case independently.
